Today’s box was a true bounty from Acme Farms & Kitchen.
The fresh ginger is something new. They had a nice blog post explaining how to use the ginger that was pretty interesting. I’ve never used fresh ginger before, just the dried out knobs you get in the grocery store. I can’t wait to give it a try.

The carrot soup sounds “intriguing”, according to my daughter. So we’ll definitely be trying that out. I like the sound of the Alsatian Pizza, it reminds me of the Zwiebelkuchen (onion pie) I had in Germany.
