CSA – October 2, 2014

Tina October 2, 2014 2 Comments

I haven’t shared my CSA box from Acme Farms & Kitchen in a while so thought I’d show you what goodies we got today. A beautiful box of fall produce that I can’t wait to use.

Lettuce, arugula, half a head of cabbage, leeks, corn on the cob, brats, whole wheat fusilli pasta, apples, onion, shallots, garlic, eggs, cheddar cheese, multigrain bread and lovely whole grain mustard

Lettuce, arugula, half a head of cabbage, leeks, corn on the cob, brats, whole wheat fusilli pasta, apples, onion, shallots, garlic, potatoes, eggs, cheddar cheese, multigrain bread and lovely whole grain mustard

I can’t wait to try the mustard on some brats! Yum, yum.

Recipes that were included:

Whole Wheat Pasta with Arugula Pesto
Braised Brats with Cabbage, Apples, Onion and Mustard
Corn and Cheddar Strata served with a Green Salad
Potato Leek Soup
