Sorry I missed last week’s edition of my box. I did make a good pasta dish with some of the ingredients which I promise to share later.
This week didn’t disappoint, getting a lot of nice fresh, spring greens now.

I’ll admit that the Chicken Curry with Peanut Sauce sounds interesting, but I think I’ll step out and find other recipes for the remaining items. I really want to make sandwiches with the focaccia instead of using them as little dippers. I’m getting a huge collection of garbanzo beans that I’m going to have to do something with. I’ve been thinking about trying my hand at making falafel and maybe some hummus.
