CSA Box – May 30, 2014

Tina June 1, 2014 0 Comments

Sorry I missed last week’s box, it had quite a few goodies in it. I’ll be posting a recipe later I made with a few of those ingredients.

Here’s this week’s box.

Broccoli, carrots, lettuce, onions, heavy cream, rosemary rolls, demi baguette, eggs, fresh fettuccine, spring onions, spinach, fresh peas in the pod, ground pork sausage, cheddar cheese

Broccoli, carrots, lettuce, onions, heavy cream, rosemary rolls, demi baguette, eggs, fresh fettuccine, spring onions, spinach, fresh peas in the pod, ground pork sausage, cheddar cheese

Recipes this week are:

Pasta Alla Papalina – can’t wait for this one. Fettuccine with cream and fresh peas!
Sausage Sliders with Caramelized Onions
Baked Eggs with Spinach and Croutons
Broccoli Cheddar Soup

I think it’s too warm for soup so I’m going to make a broccoli salad with the broccoli. Baked eggs with spinach will probably end up more like a frittata.
