A few weeks ago I posted that I was working on some play food for a friend’s son. I finally finished up several pieces and gave it to him for his birthday.
You know it’s not the crocheting part that takes so long, it’s the weaving in of ends and putting things together to finish them up. I have plans to make at least two more sets of what you see here, in addition to even more.

Thank you Patricia, sorry I don’t sell the pattern. It’s not mine, I found it in a little booklet I bought a few years ago.

These are fabulous! I love all of them but the little egg carton and the multi-layered sandwich and burger are really cool!

Thank you! My friend told me he loves it. I’ll be babysitting on the 15th and maybe then I’ll get a chance to play with him with the food.

This is such a great idea for a kids who loves their play kitchen! And I agree with you, weaving in ends is the absolute worst.

He loved it and apparently wanted to actually try to toast the bread. He also needed to try a nibble of everything. When he opened the package the first thing he saw were the pancakes and butter and immediately tried to take a bite of the butter pat.
