Well I finally finished off the minion hats for my niece and nephew. Also finished up a couple of pattern tests and a hat for a Christmas gift. Still have a ton more things to finish up but time is just flying by so fast. I can’t believe it’s the end of October already!
This was a pattern I tested for Shyama Nivas called My Poinsettia Scarf. I used Vanna’s Glamour in gold. It’ll be a great little accessory for fall with the right colored top. Now to find one.
This is another pattern test I did for Shyama, this was a Chevron Infinity Scarf/Cowl. She hasn’t published the pattern yet, but it’ll be on Ravelry soon. I used On-Line 323 Tasco yarn from Webs.
I call this one my Seahawks Infinity scarf. It’s the same chevron pattern but I chose to use Bernat Satin in two colors. My son commented that they were Seahawks colors when it was done. The picture really doesn’t do the colors justice but the green is very bright.
This beanie is the Hounds Tooth Beanie Hat from Elk Studio. It is supposed to be Steelers black and gold.
More minion hats! A little girl minion for my niece and a boy minion for my nephew. I bought the pattern on Etsy. It comes with a ton of different options to make quite an assortment of hats.
What great projects! I am impressed you are getting so much done!

Ah…but you can’t see my house!

Ha, I know what you mean there, unfortunately! Mine is overrun with yarn, and it could use some cleaning attention in many areas….

I definitely wouldn’t want any unexpected drop in guests. You would think two adults would be able to keep things tidy, but I’ve never placed an importance on a clean house over spending time with family or doing something I enjoy.
