I really, really hate it when I don’t pay attention to pattern instructions and have to tear everything out back to where I initially made the mistake….can you say “rrriiiibbbbitttt”?
I’m supposed to be testing this shawl pattern and half way through I realize I keep forgetting a row. So there I go, frogging back to nearly the beginning. Sheez! Pay attention why don’t you? I guess I should be glad that I found the mistake only half way through and not when it was completely done.
One of these days I will learn to follow along and not just think I remember the pattern. It really is a pretty easy repeat, I just kept forgetting one single crochet row.
Lesson learned? Let’s be honest here, probably not. After all it isn’t the first time I’ve had to do this so you would think I would have learned by now, right?
