A few of my favorite cakes

I have always made my kids’ birthday cakes. I started out with the fun Wilton shape pans and the little stars.  They have had some pretty cute cakes over the years. It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I started working with fondant and shaping cakes. Here are a few of my favorites from the past couple of years.
